18 L\u00e4uferInnen haben sich beim 3. Reformationstag-Ultramarathon, immer Abseits vom gro\u00dfen Verkehr, auf den Spuren von Martin Luther, durch Hamburg bewegt. Dieses Mal wurde an der Lutherkirche in Bahrenfeld gestartet. Von dort ging es weiter zur Lutherbuche in Lokstedt, dann zur Luthereiche nahe des Kuhlm\u00fchlenteiches, durch die Martin-Luther-Stra\u00dfe und zum Luther-Denkmal neben der Hauptkirche St. Michaelis. Geendet ist der Lauf dieses Mal am Luther-Denkmal in Moorfleet.<\/p>\n

Das Wetter war genial. Zwar nur schattige 1\u00b0C zum Start und 9\u00b0C am fr\u00fchen Nachmittag, aber dabei immer ein strahlend blauer Himmel. An der Alster war deshalb auch halb Hamburg unterwegs, so dass man dort st\u00e4ndig am Slalomlaufen war. Am Ende mit 5h16min36s f\u00fcr 47km (f\u00fcr meine Verh\u00e4ltnisse) tats\u00e4chlich mal wieder etwas flotter unterwegs gewesen.<\/p>\n

Auf jeden Fall ein toller Lauf und dieses Mal sogar mit pers\u00f6nlicher Verpflegung\/Betreuung durch Christian an VP1 und VP3, sowie im Ziel. Danke …<\/p>\n
