Hmmm, ein D\u00e9j\u00e0-vu. Bereits im M\u00e4rz diesen Jahres war ich an einem Samstag zum Laufen in Hamburg<\/a> und am Montag darauf war dann “Lockdown”. Jetzt gab es (leider) mit dem Reformationstag-Ultra eine Wiederholung dieser Geschichte \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n

Der bereits 4. Reformationstag-Ultra fand auf identischer Strecke wie 2019 statt. Gestartet wurde wieder an der Lutherkirche in Bahrenfeld. Weiter ging es zu Verpflegungs- und Kontrollpunkten an der Lutherbuche in Lokstedt und an der Luthereiche in HH-Mundsburg. Von da weiter an der Au\u00dfenalster vorbei durch die Martin-Luther-Stra\u00dfe zum Luther-Denkmal neben dem Hamburger Michel. Das Ziel lag am Luther-Denkmal einer Moorfleeter Kirche. Das Wetter war dieses Mal grau in grau, bei max. 14\u00b0C am Nachmittag. Die Sonne zeigte sich dann leider erst, als wir am Nachmittag Kerstins Fahrrad wieder auf das Autodach verluden. Aber immerhin war es trocken, dass war ja auch schon mal was, insbesondere wenn man an den Tag zuvor dachte, an dem es komplett durch geregnet hatte.<\/p>\n

Vermutlich durch Corona und den bevorstehenden erneuten Lockdown bedingt war es an der Alster und im Hafenbereich \u00fcbrigens so ruhig, wie ich es an einem Feiertag dort noch nicht erlebt habe. Durch den vielen Regen am Vortag sahen meine Stra\u00dfen-Laufschuhe nach dem Lauf dann fast so schlammig aus, als w\u00e4re ich irgendwo durch den Wald gepfl\u00fcgt.<\/p>\n

Unterwegs war ich fast die komplette Zeit in einer lockeren Gruppe mit Ilka und Pacemaker Thomas. Mit 5:30h f\u00fcr die 46 Kilometer war das Tempo f\u00fcr meine derzeitigen Verh\u00e4ltnisse dann auch ganz passabel.<\/p>\n
